In the fall of 2025, Mariko handled the sale of a home for me in Petaluma. “Handled” doesn’t even begin to capture the extraordinary service she provided at every step of the journey. This included managing vendors for cleaning, painting, landscaping, inspections, minor updates and repairs, hauling, and more. She also made sure that whenever possible, items were donated or sold rather than discarded.
